Only at weekends, you can get the best pan-fried noodles in Hong Kong, cooked by a master chef [<a href="http://dennishodgson.blogspot.com/2010/01/our-friend-tom.html" rel="nofollow">our friend Tom</a>]. There's a ferry pier at Sham Chung too. If I was walking west from Pak Sha O, I’d turn off the main concrete path just before it begins the descent to Lai Chi Chong and go to Sham Chung instead.
