這是朋友介紹的一行禪師（Thich Nhat Hanh）的詩。在此和各位朋友分享。因為詩的美﹐帶來的寧靜。

詩歌的背後其實有個故事﹐在此且不表述。看看詩﹐聽聽別人為詩譜上的曲﹐夠了。

一行禪師生於越南，16歲出家為僧，大半生過著流亡生活，後在法國南部建立起「梅村」（Plum Village），推廣禪修生活。他是當今最有份量的禪師之一。

“Please call me by my true names”

My joy’s like spring so warm, it makes flowers bloom all over the earth.
My pain’s like a river of tears, so vast it fills the four oceans.
Please call me by my true names, so I can hear all my cries and laughter at once,
So I can hear that my joy and pain are one,
Please call me by my true names so that I can wake up and the door of my heart could be left open.
