Sg is hot in dry season. If you go to the botanic garden it is humid because there are moist spraying to keep the plants healthy. Once in the street, if you walk in the shade, it is not too bad. It could be dry and hot but not humid as HK is summer.
Come rainy season and it is cool.
Be it rain or dry, morning temperature is around 26. Many nights I swtich off air-con after an hour or so.
Not a bad city to live in at all. Been here for 14 yrs.
